An important part of a sous vide cooker, it's designed to heat to an exact temperature to help prevent under or overcooking. It's made of polycarbonate and stainless steel, providing durability to withstand high-volume use, and it's white to blend in with any environment. This unit has a capacity of 40 liters, which is equal to 10 gallons of water.
