This Browne 4" 25 Gauge Anti-Jam Full-Size Steam Table Pan / Hotel Pan is made of 18/8-type 304 stainless steel material that is highly durable, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.

This steam pan has been designed with a unique anti-jam design around the full perimeter of the pan that prevents the edges from being damaged. This feature is also presented on the inside of the pans so that multiple pans can stack without jamming together. It provides space between pans for ventilation, allowing pans to completely dry for proper sanitation. The edges and corners are reinforced to resist bending.
