This Browne 5813124 24 Qt. Thermalloy Aluminum Standard Weight Stock Pot is constructed of durable high-grade aluminum, making it perfect for heavy-duty usage in restaurants and commercial applications.

The bottom of the pot is designed with increased thickness to allow for heat to be evenly distributed across the surface and in the pot. As a result, this increases the cooking efficiency of the heating element to promote less energy use while allowing for foods and liquids to be cooked evenly throughout.

The stock pot also comes with large, hollow handles riveted to the sides for heavy, repetitive use. The hollow handles stay cool to keep users safe when moving the pot after cooking from one place to another.

Sold separately, the Browne Thermalloy also come with the 5815024 cover to keep the cooked product safe from contaminants and for food storage in a refrigerator until the product is needed.
