Commercial microwave oven will be equipped with 10 touch pad programmable control panel with the ability to program 100 menu items. Oven will have a maximum cooking time of 60 minutes with 5 power levels, 3 stage cooking and a time entry option. Output wattage shall be 1000 watts with bottom feed distribution for a uniform heating pattern.

Oven will have stainless steel exterior and interior cavity with the 25 litre (0.8 cu ft) cavity able to accommodate a 305mm (12” plate). This ISM apparatus meets all requirements of the Canadian Interference Causing Equipment Regulations. This ISM device complies with Canadian ICES-001.
