The Carlisle 607232 DuraPan™ steam table pan is 2.5 inches deep and features reinforced corners to keep it in place on the buffet bar. Its two-thirds-size structure supports as much as 6 quarts of food—great for presenting side items. Constructed of 24-gauge, 18/8 stainless steel to protect against chips and scratches, it’s geared for long-term use. When it’s not on the buffet table, it can be stacked on top of other two-third-size pans for streamlined storage.
