The Dough Xpress DMS-2-18 Manual Dough Press is a heavy-duty, high-performance press engineered to bring consistency and speed to commercial pizza and tortilla production. This dual-heat, manual press is an economical and mess-free alternative to traditional sheeting or hand-tossing, eliminating the need for flour. Ideal for low-to-medium volume production, the press requires no skilled labor, offering a safe and accessible way to improve kitchen efficiency.
