The DoughXpress DXM‐1620‐SS 16" Manual Cold Meat Press is a specialized, manual cold press engineered for high-volume meat processing operations, including butcher shops, delis, and large commissary kitchens. Constructed of stainless steel, built to withstand rigorous demands of daily food preparation while resisting corrosion and simplifying cleanup.
