With a weight capacity of 617 lbs on top, it supports griddles, charbroilers, or countertop fryers with ease.
Each of the two refrigerated drawers includes a convenient insert layout—(6) 1/3 size and (3) 1/6 size pans per drawer—perfect for organizing ingredients. Alternate configurations are also possible with optional inserts. Powered by a reliable R290 refrigerant system, the CCB-48VCX maintains temperatures between 33°F and 41°F (0°C to 5°C), ensuring ingredients stay fresh throughout service.
