The EFI RCTRS-12G-4B 36" Gas 4-Burner Range with 12" Left Side Griddle - 148,000 BTU is a versatile solution for commercial kitchens that require both open burners and a griddle in one compact unit. Featuring four heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners, each rated at 25,000 BTU/hr, this range delivers the power needed for searing, boiling, and sautéing, while the 12" left-side griddle provides a dedicated surface for pancakes, burgers, sandwiches, and more. Its 3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate and grease trough ensure excellent heat retention, even cooking, and efficient cleanup.
This range also includes a spacious oven (26.5” x 26” x 14”) powered by a 27,000 BTU/hr burner, designed for baking, roasting, and finishing a wide range of dishes. With stainless steel construction on the front, sides, back, kick plate, and high shelf, the EFI RCTRS-12G-4B is built to withstand heavy daily use. The oven comes with multiple rack positions, one chrome rack standard (additional racks available), and a 100% safety shut-off system for peace of mind.
