Description
Professionally prepare a variety of dishes either in a pot on the stove or directly on the griddle with Garland’s G36-2G24R 36” Natural Gas Range. This unit features a 24-inch griddle, two open burners, and a storage base underneath.
Convenient Cooking Surface
The G36-2G24R offers the largest amount of usable space with a 27-inch deep cooking surface. It features an extra large 24-inch griddle that’s perfect for grilling burgers, making pancakes, and frying eggs. The steel griddle is 5/8” (15 mm) thick, operates on a total of 36,000 BTU/hr of power, and is controlled by a manual high/low valve.
Two open burners are located to the left of the griddle allowing you to boil water, sauté meat and vegetables, and make sauce, adding even more to the versatility of this range. The dual Starfire Pro burners each boast 33,000 BTU/hr of power. The two-piece burners split apart making it easy to clean inside and avoid potential blockages due to built-up grease.
This range features stainless steel front, sides, and backguard. It also comes with a removable stainless steel shelf for even more storage space. Four 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs come standard with this unit.
