The convection ovens are constructed out of a durable stainless steel with enamelled porcelain interiors. It features coved corners inside the ovens that make the units extremely easy to clean. The oven dimensions are 29”W x 24”D x 24”H, giving you ample space for cooking large quantities required in the food service industry. The SUME-200 also comes equipped with five chrome-plated oven racks featuring 10 adjustable rack positions per oven.
