This eco-friendly commercial glasswasher uses only 0.62 gallons of water per rack and allows you to select between two different wash cycles: light and normal. On its light cycle, the glasswasher is capable of cleaning up to 30 racks in an hour and on normal it can clean up to 24 racks in an hour. Cycle times vary with this glasswasher taking 120 seconds on light and 146 seconds on normal.

The Advansys LXGeR-2 uses a 4.9 kW booster heater to heat the water to the minimum 180°F temperature necessary to effectively sanitize its contents. With the assistance of Hobart’s energy recovery technology, this dishwasher recycles hot water vapour from the wash and rinse cycles and uses it to preheat water for the following cycle from 55°F up to 140°F, saving you an incredible amount on energy costs while also reducing the volume of steam released into the air during operation. A special “soft start” feature helps protect your glasses from chipping or breaking during the wash and rinse cycles.

This unit features an intelligent microcomputer above the door with a digital display that makes it easy to set and monitor its progress. With advanced service diagnostics and low chemical warnings, you’ll know exactly when it’s time to get the machine serviced or refill its chemicals. The advanced diagnostics also inform you of clogged wash arms as well as offer an automated delime cycle and clean cycle that washes the inside of the machine when shut off.
