This convenient dishwasher has a front loading, split-door configuration to accommodate unique needs. Hobart’s patented Sense-A-Temp booster heater (sold separately) can also be added to efficiently raise final rinse temperatures up 70°F when sanitizing with hot water.

The Hobart PW20-1 uses 2.35 gallons of water per cycle and has the ability to clean between 8 to 20 racks per hour. Choose between three different wash cycles of 2, 4, or 6 minutes for the most effective clean.

This front loaded dishwasher is constructed out of stainless steel and is significantly durable for heavy use in any commercialized kitchen. The dishwasher has a large 34-inch door opening to accommodate a variety of large pots and pans. Heat energy is recovered from the condensation of vapors in the chamber at the end of each cycle. This pre-heats the water for the next rinse cycle from 55°F up to 140°F.
