The 175 mixer/grinder has an easy to remove figure-8 mixing paddle that can blend all cuts of meat from fat to lean, fast and effectively. It comes equipped with a size 42 grind head that can be interchanged to suit all your production needs. The unit’s feed screw is minimally exposed in order to prevent the temperature of the meat from rising during the process. As a result, the ground meat is blended perfectly and looks good for longer.

The unit is equipped with adjustable legs that can raise or lower its working height between 47 and 64 inches. Large heavy-duty swivel casters on each leg make it easy to move the unit as needed.
