The machine ensures every patty made is the exact same size, weight, and shape so you can be certain that you’re serving your customers consistent portions. With this machine you can make patties between 1 and 5.3 ounces that vary in thicknesses from 0.18 to 0.75 inches. Patties can also be up to 4.75 inches in diameter.

This forming and portioning machine has a one-piece safety interlocked feed tray with a guard. It also features a continuous, automatic paper interleaving system that helps increase production.
