The Holly Mini-Matic has a mixing and grinding capacity of 50 pounds and is capable of producing 50 pounds of freshly ground meat per minute. The Mini-Matic utilizes two separate drive motors for mixing and grinding. The mixing paddles use a variable speed motor for moving them in a forward or reverse motion. The feed screw uses a powerful 3 hp fixed speed motor to grind products and produce excellent results.

The mixer/grinder features a rugged, stainless steel frame, tub, and lid for ultimate durability. With a one-tool disassembly design and easy to remove tub and grinding head, this machine is extremely easy to clean and disinfect.
