The Imperial IR-6-XB 36” 6 plate electric restaurant range comes with (6) powerful 2 kW 9” sealed round plate elements. The solid top and flat surface allows for fast even heating and also easy clean-ups. Utilized with infinite heat controls for maximum flexibility and precision cooking.

The IR-6 Electric Series Ovens are designed with a high-performance 5.4 kW element and a unique baffle above the element which helps distribute heat flow through the oven cavity for even heat distribution. The oven fits 18” x 26” standard sized sheet pants from front-to-back and side-by-side, one chrome rack is also included. Equipped with a heavy duty thermostat with a temperature range of 150º F to 500º F (65º C to 260º C). The interior sides, rear, deck and door lining is porcelainized.
