The blocks are made from solid end grain hard maple, the perfect combination of the hardest part of the maple wood. The work surfaces are hand finished in Cream and the sides and legs are finished in a Varnique non- toxic sealer. Made with outstanding quality workmanship the John Boos Butcher Blocks are the perfect gourmet or culinary work surfaces.
