On one side, the solid block of wood features a sloped juice grove running around the edge of the board that guides liquids and juice to a removable stainless steel tray. It’s perfect for collecting the excess juice after cutting up fruit, vegetables, and meat while making cleanup a breeze.

The underside does not feature a second juice grove, but provides a convenient slot for the stainless steel pan. Flipped up, the pan slides into place perfectly level with the top of the cutting board offering you a convenient location for collecting chopped up vegetables and herbs ready for cooking or garnishing.
