With the Nella 60-inch mega top refrigerated prep table you can easily access a wide range of toppings and ingredients to prepare all your signature sandwiches and salads thanks to 21 convenient pan inserts available right at your fingertips. The inserts, which can accommodate 21 one-sixth size food pans, can hold a large selection of deli or pre-cooked meats, chopped up fruits and vegetables, grated or sliced up cheese and anything else needed to make the perfect meal.

This prep table comes complete with a 0.4-inch thick and 8-inch deep full-length cutting board that makes it easy to prepare orders right where all the ingredients are kept, allowing you to speed up food prep and quickly get meals out to hungry customers.

A spacious refrigerated cabinet is located right below the prep table where you can store extra stock of all your ingredients at safe temperatures, between 0.5°C and 5°C (33°F and 41°F), until you’re ready to use them.
