MDJ On-Demand is a medium-to-large volume commercial grinder, and comes branded either “Nuova Simonelli” or “Victoria Arduino” to match your equipment.
MDJ’s programmable dose settings are easily adjusted (on the fly) and its doser-less design means every shot is fresh-ground directly into your portafilter in a neat pile, hands-free. Massive 75mm burrs give MDJ unprecedented grind speed, without all of the noise. Micrometric grind adjustments (to dial in that perfect grind), a work light, and a 1.6 kg hopper complete the package. Available in Matte Black, Pearl White or Victoria Red finish, and the Victoria Arduino version is available in a Chrome finish.
Suitable for: medium to high volume locations, specialty coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, demanding professionals, locations with less experienced baristas
Mythos “One” Clima-Pro: This version has all the features of the Clima-Pro version but a simplified 3-button control-panel, best suited for locations that mostly only serve double-shots, or require a Pearl White finish (Matte Black finish is standard).
