Chefs can choose the classic Pacotize mode (4 min.) or the Jet® mode (90 sec.), with the latter significantly increasing productivity for recipes high in sugar and fat, such as ice creams. Furthermore, the machine can repeat the pacotizing process up to 10 times for particularly light and creamy consistencies without intermediate freezing.

Precision and maintenance are supported by a suite of intelligent features.
