The open wire construction maximizes light and air circulation to keep items dry and well-ventilated. Each shelf has a surface area of 18" x 60" with a total of (4) shelves giving you a large space to work with and with a height of 72" you will have adequate height space per shelf.

Each shelf has a loading capacity of 250 kg (551 lbs.) and it can withstand a temperature range of -30°C and 75°C, making this shelving unit extremely sturdy, durable, reliable and perfect for any busy restaurant.
