The open wire construction maximizes light and air circulation to keep items dry and well-ventilated. Each shelf has a surface area of 24" x 48" with a total of (4) shelves giving you a large space to work with and with a height of 72" you will have adequate height space per shelf.

Each shelf has a loading capacity of 300 kg (661 lbs.) and it can withstand a temperature range of -30°C and 75°C, making this shelving unit extremely sturdy, durable, reliable and perfect for any busy restaurant.

This shelving kit comes with (4) shelves, (4) segmented poles, (16) clips, (4) levelers. Assembly required.
